Confirm the hardware-only control path.
This project does not include firmware in the source. The circuit itself provides the required behaviour.
How to connect
- Match every controller label to the circuit view and source pin map.
- Join grounds before signal wires when separate low-voltage supplies are used.
- Keep motors, relays, pumps, and other loads on a suitable driver and external supply.
Common mistakes
Reversed VCC/GND, board-label versus GPIO-number confusion, missing common ground, and charge-only USB cables.
Troubleshoot
Disconnect loads, continuity-test one path at a time, then test with a current limit.
Software preparation
No IDE, board package, library, or firmware upload is required for this project.
If you add a programmable controller as an extension, document its pin map separately.
How to upload code
The original design is implemented entirely in hardware, so proceed after verifying the circuit and supply.

Project overview
Project build noteWhen traveling, charging a mobile device's battery can be quite difficult because power supply sources are not always easily accessible. Using AA cells to charge a mobile phone battery is covered in this straightforward project, which makes use of extremely common electronic components. Circuit descriptions of mobile cellphone charger The timer IC NE555 is the most important component of the mobile phone charger circuit. It is responsible for charging the battery and monitoring the voltage level. IC1 get control voltage to pin 5 by zener diode ZD1¬. A voltage that is set by VR1 and VR2 is provided to pin 6, which is the threshold, and pin 2, which is the trigger. When a discharge battery is attached to the circuit, the trigger pin 2 of IC1 will drop below 1/3VCC. This will cause the flip-flop of IC1 to activate, which will cause output pin 3 to be set to a high value. When the battery has reached its full capacity and another fully charged battery is connected, the procedure will then proceed in the other
direction. Transistor T1 is employed in this situation to boost the charging current coming from output pin 3 of IC1. Potentiometers VR1 and VR2 should be adjusted appropriately. LED status indicators for the various charging states
